school fees refund policy

1. Parents are required to pay a non-refundable/non-transferable school fees.

2. Fees once paid will not be refunded in any case/type on any account, nor would be transferable to any other students neither this fees will be held in reserve for future admissions.

3. During the online payment through credit/debit card/Net Banking if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.

4. The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.

5. The payment gets deducted from the payer's account and does not reach the institute's account or payment gets debited twice due to server error.

6. We shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by student or parent is credited in to the Bank Account of the institute. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms.

7. Fees once paid are refundable as per school policies but are not transferable.

8. All refund requests must be submitted by the student/parents in writing addressed to the Principal, in person, The Principal shall acknowledge the receipt of the same as per school refund policy.

9. All dues need to be paid in order for the formalities of withdrawal to be completed.

10. The fee refund is solely based on the balance amount in the student’s account after all applicable dues owed to the school are deducted. The excess payment received through technical or other reasons will be refunded only after due verification and/or within 30 days after receipt of written complaint by the parent/student.

11. The mode of refund will be electronic/ physical and will be refunded in the account from where the transaction was made.

12. The parents/students need to pay the payment gateway processing/convenience charges over and above the fees/dues payable to the school.

13. Service tax rate applicable will be as notified by the Government from time to time will also be added to the charges payable to the online payment gateway.

14. The net amount refunded will be after deduction of transaction processing charges paid to the online payment gateway.

15. No interest is paid on a refund of any fees/deposit.

16. Student should contact school authorities first, regarding any excess or double payment made by them.

17. The refund of any fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund.

18. The School reserves the right to modify and amend refund/fess policies at any time by uploading the same in the school’s online fees link.
